In 2005, Candace opened Sprinkles, the world's first cupcake bakery, which was credited by the Los Angeles Times as “the progenitor of the haute cupcake craze.” Sprinkles has inspired long lines of devoted Hollywood stars and serious epicureans alike. Candace’s mission to continuously innovate prompted her to invent the world’s first Cupcake ATM in 2012. Today, Sprinkles has 40 locations nationwide and an ice cream & cookie line.

Candace’s cookbook, The Sprinkles Baking Book, is a New York Times Best Seller. It includes Sprinkles best-kept secret cupcake recipes as well as Candace’s all-time favorite dessert recipes for cakes, pies, quick breads, cookies and bars. As an added bonus, her celebrity friends Reese Witherspoon, Julia Roberts, Michael Strahan and Jessica Alba contributed their personal and family recipes.
