Candace and her husband Charles partnered with Chris and Caroline O’Donnell and master pizzaiolo Daniele Uditi to create Pizzana, a Neo-Neapolitan pizza restaurant in Brentwood, California. Since opening in April 2017, Pizzana has earned a place within the Michelin Bib Gourmand category and accolades from the likes of the Los Angeles Times’ Jonathan Gold, Food & Wine and more and has quickly become a fixture in the LA dining landscape. In addition to its impeccable pizza, Pizzana is a destination for comforting and delicious desserts crafted by Candace. In June 2019, Pizzana opened its second restaurant in West Hollywood, California.
